Standard Shipping

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States and Canada.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days

  • Shipping timelines do not include weekends or federal holidays

  • During peak seasons (holidays, promotions) or carrier delays, processing and delivery times may be extended

 

Processing and Fulfillment Transparency

Vivacity offers a mix of in-house fulfilled items and items shipped directly from our trusted production and fulfillment partners. This allows us to provide a wider range of intentional, high-quality offerings curated just for our BryteStars ✨

 

Because of this:

  • Processing and shipping times may vary by item

  • Orders containing multiple items may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages

  • Some items may require additional processing time depending on availability or production schedules

 

Every item whether fulfilled in-house or by a partner is selected with care, aligned energy, and intention. We believe good things are worth the wait 💫

 

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once your order is placed, you will be provided with a tentative delivery date for each item in your purchase when available.

Please note:

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided by shipping partners and are subject to change

  • Items within the same order may have different delivery timelines

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for partner-fulfilled items), item availability, or peak shipping periods

 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A shipping confirmation email when your package leaves the facility

  • A delivery confirmation email once your package has arrived

 

Tracking information will be included when available.

 

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order size/weight

 

Incorrect Address or Unattended Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Vivacity is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as successfully delivered
