Standard Shipping
We currently offer standard shipping within the United States and Canada.  Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Shipping timelines do not include weekends or federal holidays. During peak seasons (such as holidays or promotional events), or when shipping carriers are experiencing delays, processing and shipping times may be extended. 

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive:

• An order confirmation email

• A shipping confirmation email when your package leaves our facility

• A delivery confirmation email when your package has arrived

 

Shipping Costs

• All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size/weight.

 

Incorrect Address or Unattended Deliveries. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase

Vivacity is not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error

• Lost or stolen packages left unattended after successful delivery

• If you believe your package is missing or misdelivered, please contact your local carrier for assistance
